Do you often feel overwhelmed with a bit too much on your mind? Why not come along to a writing workshop with a difference as we use the process of writing to unclutter the mind, relax and find a moment of calm. This workshop will use the prompt of cups of tea as we explore our typical day. This workshop is for anyone with any writing ability, you write for yourself and your work does not have to be shared (and it doesn't matter if you don't drink tea!).
